We're looking for young talented moslem UI/UX designer [Freelance]

First batch will be closed on: 30th of November 2024

Job Scope

• Create and improve client layouts as needed: typically Ecommerce website.
• Renew and enhance company website design.
• Possibility of more consistent work based on performance.

What We’re Looking For

1. Skills & Experience

• Proficient in design tools (Figma/Adobe XD/Sketch).
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
• Experience in designing user-friendly and visually appealing layouts.
• Ability to create prototypes and wireframes.

2. Preferred Qualifications

• Previous freelance or agency experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with design systems and style guides.
• Knowledge of basic front-end development (HTML/CSS) is an advantage.

3. Personal Traits

• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
• Open to feedback and willing to revise designs.
• Good communication skills for remote collaboration.

4. Work Requirements

• Must have a reliable internet connection.
• Flexible availability to handle occasional tasks.
• Fluent in [insert language preference, if applicable].

Salary & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: IDR 40,000 - 60,000/hour (based on skills and experience).
• Bonus: Additional performance-based bonuses
