License Policy Summary

• All of our OpenCart products:
• Each purchase item has a REGULAR license (Single-Domain License) by default
• Each item gets Premium support and 6 months free Update
• By renewing the license you can extend the support period and updates.

The licenses currently offered are single-domain licenses and up to 5 domain licenses.

Customers are strictly prohibited to:

• Licensing, sub-licensing, selling, reselling, or exchanging our products for other products.
• Reverse Engineering is using resource code to create new products for commercial purposes.
• Resell our products as your own.
• Change the name, author and or other attributes of our products related to ownership.

Licensing Policy

This is a legal agreement between you (whether an individual, company, or other entity) and BarikLabs, for any software product or service developed by BarikLabs, BarikLabs Products including extensions, templates and services sold via bariklabs.com or OpenCart.com.

By purchasing a product developed by BarikLabs you acknowledge that you have read the license agreement and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. This agreement is effective from the moment when you purchase software sold through bariklabs.com or OpenCart.com or receive it via email, our ticket support system or other means. If you do not agree to the terms of this license, do not use BarikLabs products or services.

By Purchasing standard single-domain BarikLabs products  user agrees to:

Every user is allowed to customize our products to meet the needs of your online store. After requesting support, the user should have a clear record of all files and changes made to make it easier to get the next support

All BarikLabs licenses purchased from OpenCart.com are valid by default for a period of 6 months. During this time, licensees have access to Premium support and product updates. The license you purchase lasts forever, but you must renew the license to gain access to our product's Premium updates and support.

BarikLabs products purchased from bariklabs.com have 3 different licenses. You will find information about the different licenses below.

Single-Domain License

Client is granted a non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the client's product. Client can use Single-Domain License under the following conditions:

• Product use is limited to single-domain OpenCart installations or single-domain setup  OpenCart multistore. (For example you use http://domain1.com as a website that has OpenCart installed and has http://domain2.com as the second store address of an OpenCart multistore this is allowed in a single-domain license).
• You can use the product for your own purposes or for only one client, acting on its behalf.
• You must register your domain using the product on your profile https://bariklabs.com (if applicable).
• You are prohibited from combining products (by taking resources from our products), in products made for resale by you or your Clients.
• You may not license, sub-license, sell, resell, sell, offer purchased products for free or exchange these products for other products.
• You are prohibited from extracting and using the component items, parts or the whole product.
• You may not decompile and reverse engineer our product.
• You cannot change the product name and resell it

5 Domain License

Client is granted a non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the product that the client acquires. Client may use Up to Five License Domains, subject to the following conditions:

• Product use is limited to five different OpenCart installation domains or up to five OpenCart multistore domains. (For example you can use our products at http://domain1.com and http://domain2.com to http://domain5.com under the "5 Domain License". Each domain can be set up multistore according to your needs and still counting the use of 1 domain).
• You can use the product for your own purposes or for only one client, acting on its behalf.
• You must register your domain using the product on your profile https://bariklabs.com (if applicable).
• You are prohibited from combining products (by taking resources from our products), in products made for resale by you or your Clients.
• You may not license, sub-license, sell, resell, sell, offer purchased products for free or exchange these products for other products.
• You are prohibited from extracting and using the component items, parts or the whole product.
• You may not decompile and reverse engineer our product.
• You cannot change the product name and resell it

BarikLabs reserves the right to make changes to the terms of this license policy and to change those points at any time without further notice. BarikLabs reserves the right to terminate support, access to updates, remove product purchases and assume legal action, if necessary, if users fail to comply with our licensing policies. If you violate any of the points above, your license is terminated and if you continue to use BarikLabs products, you are deemed to have been prepared to bear the loss as a result of this personally and BarikLabs will not bear the loss.

BarikLabs is not bound to refund your investment that has been spent on the purchase of the Software upon termination of the above license.
